The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Our lady of Snows Church. A market and gift shops were right next door. The room was good sized and brand-new with cable TV, a nice bathroom, a balcony.

The restaurant was pleasant with decent food, we ordered warm dishes. The location close to the beach was excellent. Really close to bars and cafés, it was a bonus.

Location: the hotel was really close to the common areas after original checkout time as well as the bars in Negombo. Also, St Anthony's Church was 2 km away. The breakfast had plenty of toast, eggs, and bangers.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at the hotel. We had a situation where we needed to leave early in the morning but the staff was readily available and helped us without any issues. They even went above and beyond by assisting us in opening the gates and ensuring a smooth departure. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it a great choice for exploring the area. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
